How long does it take to repair my vehicle?
This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on the accident damage. We aim for the quickest and efficient repairs however we have to meet the safety requirements to ensure the vehicle is repaired properly and to a manufacturer approved level.
How can I get an update on my car?
Our receptionist staff will keep you updated through the repair process and will keep you informed if there are any delays on the parts or if your vehicle needs to go to a dealership. However, if you would like to speak to our staff regarding your vehicle then please visit the menu bar above and click on the garage your vehicle is located at and call the number provided our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
What Manufacture approvals does your garage have?
We have a number of approvals at our four different garages; Ford, Mazda, Kia, Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, Jaguar and Landrover
Can I choose the garage that will repair my vehicle
The answer is yes. Not many people know that you are allowed to tell your insurance company where you would like your vehicle repaired. This is important because not all garages can guarantee that they are using manufacturer approved parts.
